There are more than 1,000 pepper famers in three different areas, such as TbongKhmum Province, Mundulkiri Province, Preh Vihear Province. The cooperation between Fuchs and pepper cooperatives in providing technical support, specifically training on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and the Cambodian Good Agricultural Practices (CamGAP), for pepper cultivation is essential for promoting sustainable and high-quality pepper production. Training: Fuchs Cambodia has organized the training and workshops to deliver the GAP and CamGAP training to the farmers and cooperatives. These sessions are typically facilitated by agricultural experts or trainers who have expertise in pepper cultivation and are well-versed in the principles of GAP.
